Being a speech pathologist is the best decision I have ever made!

May is Better Speech and Hearing Month! If you know of students with a passion for helping others, encourage them to pursue speech! I have had so many fantastic opportunities with this degree, and I feel incredibly blessed to have played a role in so many students’ communication– it’s a rewarding profession that I would encourage to everyone!

This May, thank your SLP for all those hours of work they do outside of school to prepare for your kiddos, and take a minute to learn something new about speech therapy!
